Leisure Activities

There are also many leisure activities that you can get involved with that will also get you out of the house and into the fresh air and sunlight. Gardening is an excellent option as it also gets you closer to nature. Taking a dog for a walk is a double dose of enjoyment as you get to spend time with your pet while your pet gives you a great workout by making you walk faster than you would normally. Even playing golf is better than sitting around indoors watching it on TV!
